Palm Coast Homes

Palm Coast Florida lies about halfway between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach on the Atlantic coast of Florida. Palm Coast is one of the most desirable places to live in Florida. It was developed for Florida living and now offers some of the most reasonably priced home in Florida.

Palm Coast Florida homes and houses come in all shapes, sizes and prices. You can find smaller bungalow type homes to seaside oceanfront homes on the Atlantic Ocean in Flagler Beach. Palm Coast is attractive to many people because of lower prices and lower taxes than Daytona Beach homes and Ormond Beach homes to the south.

Gated communities are numerous in Palm Coast including the private Hammock Dunes community on Hammock Beach with its championship golf course directly on the beach to the north of Flagler Beach. Grand Haven is a planned and gated community on the intracoastal waterway with a Jack Nicklaus golf course and waterfront homes. There are just too many to list, call me if you're interested in hearing more.

The area has many homes available. If you don't see what you're looking for in Palm Coast homes, please visits Daytona Beach Homes and Port Orange Homes for more choices.

Building Lots and raw land are still available in abundance in rural Flagler County. Few people are building now and the price to build has come down drastically. Horse farms and small ranches can be found here too.

Please call me at 386-566-7503 if you have any questions or need additional information. I'm here to serve you. Choosing a Realtor isn't easy and many Realtors these days are not doing any business. I'm in it for the long haul and working more than full-time. I have buyers and sellers and have been closing sales. When you get me, you get someone who is active in this crazy market and knows how to deal with banks for short sales and foreclosures.

Palm Coast FL is a beautiful community. I really enjoy driving from Ormond Beach to Palm Coast up US1. It's like being in another place and time. There are many properties available in this market. I caution everyone not to buy on price alone. When prices start rising again, not all properties in all areas will rise at the same rate. Whether it's oceanfront villas or two bedroom bungalows, you still need to buy in the right location for maximum future appreciation.
