Price, price, price. Palm Coast real estate is once again reasonably priced. Just a few years ago, Palm Coast was one of the most desirable places to live in the country. This didn't come from any survey or rating services, it came from people voting with their money. Flagler County was the fastest growing county in Florida and one of the fastest growing in the country.
Well things have changed a bit. Speculation and the real estate boom drove prices higher than many other areas in the country and people were reluctant to pay the higher prices. Palm Coast and Flagler County were desirable for several reasons, but the biggest reason was price. Now prices have come back down to where Palm Coast and Flagler Beach properties are once again affordable and attractive.
