A waterfront home on the river or canal will cost much less here than on the Halifax River. Tomoka Estates sits by the banks of the Tomoka River in Ormond Beach Floirda. The community is a small and quiet. Many of the homes have Tomoka River access that leads to the intracoastal waterway. From Tomoka Estates, you are just minutes to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and local sports fields.

The community is located just off US1 less than two miles from the center of Ormond Beach, but away from the city. It is also less than two miles from Interstate 95 for easy access to anywhere in the area.

The beach is close, about 10 minutes away by car. Tomoka State Park is a few minutes away and lovely river views can be found throughout the community. It's a nice place to walk and bike.
