Ormond Beach Homes for Sale – Two New Communities Posted
Tomoka Estates is a small community on the banks of the Tomoka River in Ormond Beach, Florida. Waterfront homes can be found here at much lower prices that along the Halifax River. There’s access to the Intracoastal Waterway from the Tomoka River. It’s less than two miles from the center of Ormond Beach, but seems like a world away. Halifax Plantation is a lovely large planned golf course community in Ormond Beach. The photos at the beginning of this article are all a short distance away from Halifax Plantation. The community is located to the north of Ormond Beach just off the Old Dixie Highway exis of Interstate 95. The golf course is a full championship length of 7101 from the tips.
