There’s a lot of renovation work going on in the Daytona Beach area. I’ve talked to several local builders who have said that while new home building is quiet, they’re very busy with renovations. People are also renovating homes and condos that they buy from short sales and foreclosures (link) and one of the most popular renovations is upgrading the kitchen.
