Whether you are full or part time resident or own a vacation home, you get to enjoy some of the best weather and most beautiful beaches in Florida including "The World's Most Famous Beach". Nestled on the east coast of temperate Central Florida, Daytona Beach offers some of the most affordable oceanfront homes in the country. There are also hundreds of lakes with beautiful waterfront homes.

Located just an hour from Orlando or Jackonsville, Daytona Beach offers a unique collection of events, including the Bike Week and Biketoberfest, the Daytona 500 and Pepsi 400 Nascar races, Turkey Rod Run, and Spring Break. We maintain a sleepy small town feeling, while also offering luxury oceanfront homes, as well as beautiful riverfront homes on the Intracoastal waterway. The river is great for jet skiing and boating, and there's access to the Atlantic Ocean at Ponce Inlet with its fantastic oceanfront homes and condos.

There are a great variety of styles of Daytona Beach houses for sale, from premium golf course community homes to direct ocean or river front living.  The Halifax River, or Intracoastal Waterway divides the mainland from the beach. Along the river, there are many beautiful older and newer homes. There are also some fantastic historical homes for sale along the river.

Beachside living offers many attractions and nightlife along Main Street and A1A. There are great restaurants in Daytona Beach and throughout the area. The mainland is more suburban in feel, but you are never far from the beach no matter where you are.

There are over 30 golf courses in the area. Most courses are public or semi-private, with only a few private courses. There are championship level courses at Pelican Bay and LPGA where the ladies Q-School is held. Many of these courses are located in golf course communities in Ormond, Port Orange, and Palm Coast as well as Daytona where you can live where you play. Daytona Beach golf course homes range from million dollar beauties to very affordable golf course villas and townhouses. But, wherever you are in the area, you're just minutes away from great golf.

Schools in the area offer some of the best high schools in Florida. Daytona is home to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach Community College (DBCC) and the University of Central Florida. Bethune Cookman is home to a brand new School of Nursing and has recently built a beautiful theater on campus. Many students come from outside the area. Parents have found that they can save money by buying a home and renting it to their children and roommates.  It's a great investment and many continue to hold the property after their son or daughter have graduated.

Entertainment includes short drives to Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World and other Orlando area attractions, college sports from Embry-Riddle, DBCC, Bethune Cookman and nearby University of Florida Gators, recent national champions in football and basketball, and University of Central Florida Golden Knights. Stetson Univesity is in nearby Deland and sports a national power-house baseball program.

Daytona Beach Real Estate prices are still below the US National average and well below South Florida and the Southwest Gulf Coast.
