The Daytona Beach property rental market is very active with long-term, seasonal and event home and condo rentals. Property investment is more financially viable with the recent reduction in prices. We offer full property management services. I've managed rentals at the Vantage Pointe condominiums rentals for over three years and I've had about 80 property under management.
