Rent Daytona Beach Condos and Homes Early for Events

Renting for events can be difficult in Daytona Beach. Many condos have restrictions on rental terms and renting a house for a week is a hit or miss proposition. Biketoberfest is a smaller version of Bike Week with fewer people. It runs over one weekend rather than the two weekends of Bike Week. 2008 Biketoberfest runs from October 16th to 19th, but many people come for a full week.

If you’ve rented a unit in the past and you were mostly happy with that place, I advise getting your reservation now. As we get closer to the event someone else may get the rental you were counting on.

Why rent a condo or home instead of a hotel or motel room?

In these economic times, with gas prices through the roof, saving money is the biggest reason. Hotels and motels raise their rates for event weeks. Most rooms are small and cannot hold more than a few people comfortably. You will also need to pay for meals at restaurants and that is expensive.

Renting a Daytona Beach house or condo for the week gives you more space for more people, a kitchen, and more privacy. It can make for a much better experience while costing less.
